Ben and Raisa have always known that all one needs to do to find beauty is look around. They reveal their passion for life by blending their rich sense of color, light and composition with the unusual versatility of digital medium. Their shared love of nature has taken them on many wondrous trips, which produced an array of beautifully composed imagery full of color and lush intrigue. 

From dramatic floral close-ups to abstract landscapes, to vibrant compositions of most ordinary objects, to dramatic and colorful abstractions – the couple credits nature as their inexhaustible source of inspiration.

Ben and Raisa were born and lived in Russia until 1989. Their first home in the US was in the windy city of Chicago, until they moved to Huntington Beach, CA, in 1996.

The awesome beauty of Southern California has continued to inspire them since.

Ben and Raisa are award-winning artists and members of the Huntington Beach Art League (HBAL) and Orange County Fine Arts (OCFA). They display and sell their art in local galleries and stores and online. Art and nature lovers across the US, Canada and Europe enjoy having the couple’s work in their homes.

Ben and Raisa have been commissioned to create artwork for numerous residential and commercial interior design projects including The Sofia Hotel renovation project in San Diego, CA. In 2005, the artists' work was chosen to decorate The Sunset Magazine Idea House in Ladera Ranch, CA.
